Our Story

Kind Heart Home Health Care was established by Elisa Leake in 2009. Elisa provided care to her mother, father and her blind uncle. While she provided for her family, she was only able to receive service assistance for her mother and was left fending for her father and uncle.

This is when she decided to start her own home care agency, so she could stay home and give the love and care that her family deserved. Elisa’s children described her as a person with a “kind heart,” and thus, Kind Heart Home Health Care was born.
